Domestic Orders (USA) 
Payment Methods We Accept 
Dan Brothers Shoes Customers may make purchases using major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express,  or Paypal.   You may use your credit cards through Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account, if you so wish.

How to Order 
Simply add products to your shopping cart, click on Checkout, and follow checkout process. First fill in your billing and shipping address information. Next select your desired shipping method from our list of options.  Third select payment method, and information for the payment method selected.  Finally choose complete order to complete the order process.  For Paypal, choose complete order to be redirected to Paypal to finish payment process.

Domestic Shipping Options 
Dan Brothers Shoes process orders within 1 to 2 business days, and ships based on shipment selected by customer at time of purchase.  As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours (Usually withing 1 business day). Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the carrier transit time from the time the receive package to your shipping address.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation through UPS will be required for all shipped orders. Dan
Brothers Shoes will cover the signature confirmation costs on all shipped UPS

Until further notice, Dan Brothers Shoes will ship orders via UPS with signature
confirmation and will discontinue shipping via the Postal Service.


International Shipping Options 

We currently do NOT ship outside of the United States, except for Canada. Please note, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Danbrothers-shoes.com does not charge or have any control over international duty and tax rates. To find out what your country's import duty/tax rates may be for your order, you may contact your local customs office. Customers are responsible for any shipment refusal charges due to customs issues. In the case of a refused shipment, the original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and other return shipment charges incurred may be deducted from the customer's refund upon receipt of the refused shipment. 

International Delivery Times 
Delivery times can vary based upon your countries customs clearance procedure.  Danbrothers-shoes.com does not take responsibility for any delays in Customs Clearance, or any Delays from your countries local carriers.  Please take into consideration that there may very well be delays processing through customs into ones country.  

Order Tracking 
When you place your order is processed to ship, an automated email will be sent to your email of the shipment, and its tracking information.  If for some reason you did not receive tracking information, please feel free to email us at danbrothers1032@gmail.com for your tracking information. 


Return/Exchange Policy 
Thank you for shopping with Dan Brothers Shoes.  We hope that the shoe(s) you purchased fit to your liking.  In any case that it might not, or that it is just not quite what you wanted, we do take returns within 14 days of receiving shipment.  

Upon receiving purchased goods, open immediately and try shoes on in soft carpeted area, so as the shoe sole’s might not get scratched.  Please do not wear shoe(s) if your desire is to return your purchased good after trying it, or is just not quite what you wanted.  We are happy to give a refund, we just ask it returns in same new and unworn condition, and in original box, with original dust covers.  Dan Brothers Shoes does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. 

Please return in a timely manner so item can be restocked for sale.  Please start the return process within 14 days of receiving shipment. 



Return shipment is at the expense of the buyer.  The seller does not provide return labels.  Once the returning merchandise is received and inspected.  The refund will be applied in the amount of the purchased good(s) alone.   Shipping costs are not refunded.
